Starting up the sketchbook

I went to Michaels Arts and Crafts over the weekend and finally picked up some sketchbooks, pencils, erasers and some other tools of the trade. I missed drawing all this time and I did not realize it. I am looking to go back to art school but need to work out some scheduling conflicts. I enrolled my 9yr old daughter in art school and she starts in a few weeks. If there is anything good she got from me, art would be it. Hopefully I put up some art work soon here on DA.
